Throughout your distinguished career, you have achieved numerous accomplishments that have significantly improved the lives of the American people. Your leadership in healthcare reform, particularly the passage of the Affordable Care Act in 2010, made health care accessible to millions. You have also been a strong advocate for HIV healthcare and access, Women’s Rights, LGBTQ+ Rights, and have worked tirelessly to reduce economic disparity, supported programs that advanced social welfare and addressed climate change through successful legislation.
